Thank you very much for your helpful informations.
I did not know about it at all.

According your information, I studied alot and added
character encoding declaration in my stylesheet
as "@charset "shift-JIS"; ".

Also I changed my utf-8 based xhtml,

from:

<link href="../css/main_ad.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

to:

<link href="../css/main_ad.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" charset="shift-JIS" />
 
But I have still the same trouble now.
