Hi,

  http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/Email.html incorrectly states that
one is required to subscribe to www-validator-css@w3.org in order to
post to the list. Even though this restriction is later lessend, it is
confusing to users and likely to hinder people to provide feedback.
