Error

Hey, can I mail you?

I get an errror trying to validate my pages saying:

Target: http://www.cs.pp.se/when/roskilde_1998/
org.xml.sax.SAXException: Please, fix your system identifier (URI) in the
DOCTYPE rule.

I have cut and pasted the doctype like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="sv">
<head>


And I realy realy dont understand what I do wrong...
