Hi,

I am getting the following error:
Target: http://www.Cable.EU.org/
org.xml.sax.SAXException: Please, fix your system identifier (URI) in the
DOCTYPE rule. 

The DOCTYPE is as follows:
-=-=-=-=-
<!DOCTYPE html 
     PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
     "DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
-=-=-=-=-

Why doesn't it accept that?
Its the official DOCTYPE notation directly copied from W3C...
