The validator doesn't take the redirect from
http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-DOM-Level-3-Core-20010913 to
http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-DOM-Level-3-Core-20010913/ into account to
resolve the relative URI in the HTML document. This maybe somehow
related to the bug, that the validator doesn't accept http://www.w3.org
while it accepts http://www.w3.org/ for validation by URI.
