HELP!

Could you post or send me an example of a valid CSS file (similar to the one
on the XHTML specification)?

I gave my students an assignment to create a valid XHTML document styled
with a valid CSS document. I can get the XHTML to work, but I can't get the
CSS to work. I think I am missing something.

A referral to any helpful info would be most appreciated.
