The specified document type declaration doesn't exist. Please use one of
these system identifiers:
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-frameset.dtd
And not the relative form ("DTD/..."), these only work for documents
with xml:base="http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/"
