Reading error after every Entity

if i validate 
http://www.campus-training-center.de/index.html
with your validator, your validator 
(http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator) 
tells me a lot of "Reading errors" 
(i see the german word "Einlese-Fehler" on 
the validators result-page) 
after every 
&uuml; 
&auml; 
&ouml; 
&quot;

Are these entities not allowed in (X)html? 
Why the validator say's that these entities 
are mistakes?
