Requirements document updated

Hi,

I updated our requirements document on the TV Broadcast URIs, 
see the attachment.

After we went into the use cases, the discussion faded away and it seems 
we went back to do "Local URIs" (which possibly can also serve as 
"Global URIs" - see the attachment for definition of these terms).

I have no problem with that, and actually do not want to reopen the 
discussion, but I thought it appropriate to document our conclusions 
and update the requirements document. The more so, as there were some 
valuable comments on the current requirements document.

What I did (or tried to do) with the document was 
- to improve based on the comments received, among others

- to insert the application scenarios which I thought were
representative 
  to the full set as collected and documented by Craig (thanks, Craig).

- to adapt the requirements according to the findings from those 
  application scenarios (also prepared by Craig).
