   since the work on the TV URI seems to have come to a stable state,
   i'd like to do a teleconference in which we discuss the remaining
   issues and future steps

I belive that this assumption is premature.  The quiet on the list is
a result of efforts to harmonize proposals.

Neither Gomer Thomas nor myself support in any way the specification
presented by Werner.  We are at a DASE meeting today/tomorrow and hope
to have an approved draft for submission to this list by Thursday (I'm
still travelling on Wednesday).

The conference call schedule may be premature.

   i tentatively scheduled a telecon on
   Tue Dec 15, noon to 1 eastern time

I can make it.
