The briefing package and proposed charter of this interest group
are available at

They are currently being reviewed by W3C members, and the 
IG will be established once this review is finished (in
about 4 weeks).

Comments are welcome - please send them to me personally.

While these documents are member only, they propose that the 
Interest Group should be open to employees of non W3C member
organisations.

A mail has been sent out to the advisory committee representatives
of W3C member organisations. If you're interested in this group
being established, get in touch with the representative of
your organisation, tell him/her to support its creation, and how
you would like to be involved.
