Subject: example HTML subset: compact html

This is coming from the Mobile world, which shares some
goals (e.g. small footprint, non-PC based navigation) with
the TV world.

I don't forward this as an endorsement, but merely FYI
on what's available wrt HTML subsets, and to point out
the parallels to mobile devices.


W3C has an interest group on mobile web access:
