Hi all,

Some more input documents here (Apple/DoCoMo proposal and requirements
doc):

ftp://www.3gpp.org/tsg_sa/WG4_CODEC/Ad-hoc_PSM/Docs/S4-AHP090.zip
ftp://www.3gpp.org/tsg_sa/WG4_CODEC/Ad-hoc_PSM/Docs/S4-AHP091.zip

From what I know about the requirements that the 3GPP has for timed text,
I don't imagine that there will be a One True Format. However, here's
what I hope evolves:

1. 3GPP defines initial format
2. IETF defines packetization of that format
3. W3C defines authoring format that maps to initial format and
packetizaiton format.
