Hello, I'm wondering what status the W3C working drafts have (ie. the CSS1 draft)? Am I allowed to redistribute the drafts found at "http://www.w3.org/pub/WWW/TR/*"? I currently making a CD-ROM that (apart from other things) includes some HTML-Tutorials and I would like to include the W3C working drafts... (the CD-ROM is non-commercial) I tried to get an answer to my question by sending a mail (some weeks ago) to w3-content@w3.org, but got no reply.
