selectors4 typo in bar string

Hello all

In the Section 2 in table in E[foo$="bar"] in the string "ends exactly with
the string bar", the string "bar" written
using code tag (<code>bar</code>)

But in E[foo^="bar"] code tag is absent, and "bar" written directly in
plain text
