I noticed that you have an outdated link on 
http://www.w3.org/History.html under the March, 1993 heading.

My site, under "The Acceptable Use Policy prohibiting commercial use of 
the Internet _re-interpreted_, so that it becomes becomes allowed," has 
been moved because our University has changed web services.
