Hi ,

I am keen on knowing some info on W3C proposals and standards.

If I am a member(not an employee) of one of W3C members
(say IEEE Computer Society)
do I get to participate in activities related to W3C proposals and
technical committes at W3C

Any pointers are appreciated.
