MSIE 3.0x and SSL 3.0

Hello,

We are experiencing a problem with MSIE 3.0x browsers.

When connecting to a Netscape Enterprise Server (2.x) via SSL 3.0, it
does not allow certain pages to finish loading. For instance, on a page
with many entry forms for personal informaton, none of the entry fields
appear on the page.

Microsoft released service pack #3 for NT to alleviate these problems
but hasn't released anything for win95.

I've heard rumblings of a solution in changing some server settings, but
haven't been able to track anything down. Can someone help with this
problem?
