automatic configuration for proxy

hello world,

i seach for hints to install the cern-httpd to function for automatic 
configuration for proxy.
i want to use the option in the network preferences, automatic proxy-config.
in netscape....

what have i to do at the server?

i am not e member of the list, please answer me directly...

any ideas?
