after being on the proxy.. A simple

GET http://www.pconline.com/~thunder/  HTTP/1.0  <cr>
<cr>

should work.

What http request do I need to send to my proxy server to get it
to return the document I request. I can telnet into my proxy port
but what do I do then? is it a simple GET or do I need to be more
elaborate?
