According to today's Guardian OnLine, Tim Berners-Lee will be returning 
to England next week to receive a British Computer Society Distinguished 
Fellowship, one of only 14 to be awarded in the past 40 years. The 
article doesn't give any details on the ceremony, and there was nothing 
on the BCS web site- probably trying to discourage groupies
