Yes; someone seems to have subscribed www-talk to www-html recently 
(i.e., www-talk@w3.org appeared in www-html's distribution list).  
I've fixed that.  Judging by the log files, it looks like it was a 
failed attempt to subscribe to www-talk.

Apologies also for the mail delays people may have seen recently in 
W3C mailing lists; we had a huge flood of bounces recently from one 
site, and that has caused some disruption in the mail flow as I've 
been dealing with the problem.
