"Accept:" header

Rather than introduce new things into the value of the "Accept:" header
wouldn't it be better to make a new header such as "Accept-Info:" whose
value would be a URL (maybe ultimately a URN).

(Even then I'm not sure that I want to see things slowed down this
way.)
