mosaic config

     I've observed difficulty ("cannot find host" error messages) when 
     using mosaic to select a telnet option on a gopher.  Since the option 
     IS appropriately accessed through netscape, lynx, and X-windows mosaic 
     something is wrong with the mosaic.  Suggestions for a "fix"?
