full-screen browser in New Jersey Institute of Technology.  USA.
Jim Whitescarever wrote it, and will release it subject to our getting the
W3 distribution terms sorted out, I think.

The curses browser is in the list of W3 prodcuts now, I shall put a pointer to  
the test site.
