Yes indeed.

Maybe, but we should also consider the possibility that the complaints have 
merit. One of the things I've learned in being on the TAG and other WGs is: 
if some constituency says their concerns aren't being represented, there's 
a good chance they're right, even if we would like to think we already know 
their needs. So, I think we should start by listening more than by 
"communicating [...] that we are being effective".

Then again, the TAG is in transition. I'm not sure even we know what we're 
likely to deliver in six months, so this is a particularly messy time to 
raise the question of whether or not a particular community is being heard. 
The answer may be changing week by week anyway.
