I did!  Especially this part:

I've been saying, particularly in light of the "mega conspiracy"
shenanigans, that Panama is the best place to host content if you want
privacy from the US authorities.  Or open a bank, if you want to
launder money, but that argument's lost weight given the recent spate
of non-penalties for major banks caught doing just that in the US...
