My target date for getting the httpRange-14 change proposals call out was Jan 15, and I have obviously missed it. I'm working steadily on this but new information has come in that is making me think some modifications to the documents are needed in order to prevent confusion down the road (preventing confusion being paramount, given the history, and much more important than deadlines). Feb 6 is more realistic at this point, although still maybe not totally realistic. Thank you for your patience. Jonathan
