Terrific, thank you. Yves: I'll assume this can move forward without 
assistance from me, but if you do need anything, please ask. Also, if you 
let me know when it's out, I can send an announcement note on behalf of the 
TAG (in addition to whatever you may do as part of the W3C Note publication 
process). Thank you, and most especially thanks to Norm and the task force 
for all the hard work on this.
