Thanks so much for this, Kingsley. We have used AWWW as our architectural compass in various efforts over the past few years: OAI-ORE, Memento, Open Annotation. One can't just pull the plug on architectural concepts that are so fundamental as those described in AWWW. Update and clarify, yes. But withdraw, absolutely not.
