Perfect timing. I'm working on finalizing the agenda by tomorrow. Please 
take a look at the entry on persistence [1], which I think captures the 
latest from both Jonathan [2] and Henry [3]. Thank you.

(Note that none of the hourly scheduling stuff at the top is right yet.)
