        Processing
           + The TAG developed a [43]change proposal for RFC 3023bis at
             the June TAG 2010 F2F (London). Several commentators
             expressed concern with the TAG's proposal, and we
             [44]promised to take up these concerns in Sept.. We had
             some [45]discussion on 16 Sept. 2010, but that was not
             conclusive.
