Correction: I did send regrets, in personal email to Noah on Sept 23.

What does 'DS' stand for?  Used a couple of times in the distributed
extensibility discussion.

A remark on the discussion: I am with Larry - "how can we help you" is
not the right question to ask of people we reach out to. The right
question is "what do you recommend that the TAG do, in order for it to
help advance W3C's mission".
