Informal agenda for TAG call of 15 July 2010

As I've told TAG members, I'm just back from a few weeks' vacation and 
these few days are quite busy.  We will have a TAG call on Thursday, but 
it's not quite clear whether I will manage to pull together the usual 
formal agenda.  Generally, my intention is:

1) Discuss the recent concerns raised about the TAG's proposal for 
dealing with generic processing of fragment ids in RFC 3023 bis

2) Discuss other actions that have gone to PENDING REVIEW status

3) Approve the minutes of 24 June, if they are available.

Thank you, and please accept my apologies for being a bit behind the 
curve this week.
