Henry: at the end of today's call, we reviewed your ACTION-279 [1]. This had been marked PENDING REVIEW, and in recognition of the fact that you had sent [2] we changed the status of ACTION-279 to closed. In doing so, we were left with the concern that since little or no response to [2] had been received, followup was merited. We felt that you would be the right person to take that action, but did not want to assign it in your absence. Do you agree that followup is needed, and if so, would you be willing to assign yourself a suitable action and alert us that you have done so? If not, please suggest other next steps. I believe that this email discharges trivial ACTION-291 (which was to contact you about this), so I am now closing that. Thank you.
