please restore or redirect 2004 URI scheme registry address

Hi IANA Webmaster,

Please add a redirect from
  http://www.iana.org/assignments/uri-schemes/
to
  http://www.iana.org/assignments/uri-schemes.html


In Dec 2004, we published
  http://www.w3.org/TR/webarch/
with a link to
  http://www.iana.org/assignments/uri-schemes/

I now get a 403 "Forbidden" response there.

Meanwhile, it's clear that IANA still maintains
the URI scheme registry; I can follow links from http://www.iana.org/
to  http://www.iana.org/assignments/uri-schemes.html
so I'm not actually forbidden to access the information.

A redirect will allow old links to continue to work.
