Introduction to URIs (was RE: WebArch introduction, sort of)

Henry,

I renamed this thread because I didn't, from the original subject line,
understand that the underlying document was called an "Introduction to
URIs". I finally got a chance to read it, and I found it a wonderful
resource for explaining URIs -- one I would like to cite (informatively) in
the XRI 3.0 specification because it such a readable and well-illustrated
introduction.

If that's okay, is this the URI I should use for that reference?

Best,

=Drummond
