Dave Orchard affiliation change

Dear TAG members,

Friday May 9th will be my last day at BEA/Oracle.  After that, I will be
unaffiliated with a member organization and so I will participate in the TAG
as an Invited Expert.  I commit to providing the necessary resources for
participation in the TAG.  I will be attending the F2F in person.

I do not have any plans for my leave after this week, except that I plan to
not make any plans quickly.
