HTML5, Namespaces, IE 8

Short summary, the integration of at least svg and mathml is issue 37 in HTML WG, no indications whether a general solution will be
adopted.  The IE8 namespace support didn't seem like a big deal, no indications whether IE8 namespace support is mutable.
