XRI vote results

I believe the final vote on the 2 OASIS XRI specifications was 73 yes, 25
no.  The specifications did not pass because 25% or more of the votes cast
were No votes.  A large number of the No votes cited the TAG's message on
XRIs.  The final voting numbers and result is unconfirmed by OASIS.  I'm not
sure how they publish final results.
