Discussion on uri@w3.org regarding http vs. new URI scheme for stdin/stdout/stderr

A discussion has sprung up on uri@w3.org regarding the best means, if any, 
of creating URIs to identify POSIX stdin/stdout/stderr.  See the thread 
starting at [1].  If you haven't gotten enough of issue httpRange-14 over 
here, you might want to check there.  To avoid splitting the discussion, I 
presume that at least for the moment, discussion should continue on the 
URI list, not here.
