It would be very useful if a new version of this kind of TAG finding included some sort of change log to help readers understand the changes since the last TAG endorsed version.
While having a diff version is very useful, having a prose summary of the changes in the Status section of the document and/or an Annex that tracked changes by issue would be much better.
