Sorry TAG.  On reflection I wish I hadn't encouraged
the habit of every thread on this list degenerating
into a rehash of this discussion.

The original point of this sub-thread was the scope
of ISSUE-57, specifically whether it should include
information resources as well as non-information
resources.
