Indeed, I noted a number of existence proofs of this
sort in documenting a related pattern a while ago.

It would be kinda nice to have a common agreement between
implementations like: 

      * HTML Tidy 
      * HTMLParser 
      * Tag soup 
      * libxml's html parser
