TAG Directions outline

Dan,

While editing the minutes of the MIT f2f, I was looking for a pointer
to the outline you built during our discussion of TAG directions.
The one I have found is:

If I remember correctly, we have made additional changes to this document.
Could you put the latest version somewhere on the W3C Web site?
