Re: minutes Basel ftf 5-7 Oct 2004 for review

/ Dan Connolly <connolly@w3.org> was heard to say:
| | Stuart offered regrets for 15th and 22nd Nov; NDW offered to chair 15
| | and 22 Nov @@huh? I thought NDW was globe-trotting for most of Nov.

As it turns out, the slots and tabs line up such that I can chair both
those meetings (I only recall offering to chair 22 Nov, but my
tutorial at XML 2004 is on Friday so I am actually free on 15 Nov
too).

What will be much harder is arranging time to construct an agenda in a
timely fashion. Can I get some help on that front?

| - ACTION NDW: to note this thread [closed] in the archive per msg from
| gk.

I believe I did that at the meeting.

| - ACTION NDW: to fix cross references to "uri allocation" that read
| "uri assignment"

Done.

| - ACTION NDW: draft for section 3.3.1 to clarify primary/secondary

I believe we worked on this at the meeting; done.

| - ACTION NDW: to report workplan and dates for Extensibilty and
| Versioning work.

I've set aside the bulk of next week to work on this task with David.

| - ACTION NDW: to produce an editor's draft by 14 Oct (COB EDT)
