minutes Basel ftf 5-7 Oct 2004 for review

TAG members, please review:

Basel Meeting of the W3C Technical Architecture Group, 5-7 Sep 2004
  http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/2004/10/05-07-tag
created by Stuart Williams, TAG co-chair
  DRAFT minutes by Dan Connolly
with thanks to the scribes: Noah Mendelsohn, Norm Walsh, Chris Lilley,
Tim Berners-Lee, Roy Fielding, Paul Cotton
  $Revision: 1.33 $ of $Date: 2004/10/11 15:55:42 $

In particular, Stuart, TimBL, Norm, I need some help with
the administrative section:

| Stuart offered regrets for 15th and 22nd Nov; NDW offered to chair 15
| and 22 Nov @@huh? I thought NDW was globe-trotting for most of Nov.

| @@was TimBL also unable to comfirm in-person attendance?

| @@the agenda said: Minutes from 19 July? @@

I invested some energy in formalizing the record, GRDDL-style.
Here's a list of actions... a goal of mine is to go via
RDF calendar to make these available in vCalendar TODO format,
but for now...
