Hello,

At their 12 May 2004 f2f meeting, the TAG approved a revision of the
TAG finding "How should the problem of identifying ID semantics in XML
languages be addressed in the absence of a DTD?" that I have published
as the 12 May 2004 draft at [1]. The only change was an update to the
conclusion, in recognition of the publication of xml:id Version 1.0[2]
stating that the TAG plans to review this document at last Call and is
pleased to see the work progress.
