It's my recollection that we did infact approve the finding - however the meeting record [a] does not seem to record that decision :-( I raised the question of publishing approved TAG findings as TR page (WG) Notes. That discussion did not resolve. As things stand it seems that we should publish the approved finding in our 'traditional' manner. If recollections differ on approval then we can make the decision again, sigh.
