Huh... My original posting [1] promised two attachments and indeed two were there in the outbound message. Seems that only the HTML version was attached by the W3C archiving software. Here is the .txt file. I wonder, is the archive enforcing some sort of one-attachment-per-email rule? Sorry for any confusion.
